About Us

woman with her kidsSaida’s Little People is a haven for the best quality of early childhood education your little one deserves. With a pleasant, nurturing environment, it fosters the child’s participation in different fun, learning activities and encourages the building of a socially-responsible character you wish them to be.
The teachers are enthusiastic and supportive, and all of them are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), having an experience of a minimum of two years to be qualified for work with us.

Our mission is to create a home away from home for our children by providing a stimulating, nurturing environment delivered by caring and knowledgeable teachers.

Saida’s Little People also believes that each child is unique. In every way, we strive to address this diversity by keeping a minimum class size to focus careful attention to each development. We engage the children to different assortments of daily activities to cater to their unique learning styles and preferences. In this way, we keep them busy and at work, help them stay focused on a task, and give them the opportunity to choose among the various stimuli that serves their interest best. Creativity, integrity, and social growth are learned along the process, anchored on the four key areas as the focus of our programs:

Social Development
At their basic foundational years, children must learn the basic concept of social responsibility and that begins with meaningful interaction, making their first buddies, and listening to what others have to say through fun, play and happy involvements.

Lifelong Learning
Give a man a fish and feed him for today. Teach him how to fish and feed him for a lifetime. This Chinese proverb aptly summed it. We develop thinkers, doers, and participants. Using hands-on practices and problem-solving approach, children are taught skills for independence and not to depend solely on what is offered. It’s a big philosophy that every little man should be exposed to.

Parental Involvement
We promote a free exchange of communication between teachers and parents through our open-door policy. We recognize how your help greatly encourages your child’s motivation and being their primary caregivers, you always have a say at what they deserve to get.

Diversity
We believe in acceptance of others and promote equality across class, ethnic, and racial boundaries. Diversity is a key-element of the modern world that our little generation should be open to and that, we will advocate and uphold.

The school provides CPR and first aid training for staff members as well as twenty hours of continuing education on child development and early education techniques. To learn more about Saida’s Little People, please contact us at 512-419-1898.
